At Mera Aaangan, all sales are considered final. We carefully inspect and securely package every order before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Exchanges Only in Limited Cases

Exchanges are strictly offered only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any exchange request must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this time will not be entertained under any circumstances.

To initiate an exchange, customers must provide clear photos and/or an uncut video of the product, outer packaging, and inner packaging at the time of opening. Failure to provide proper evidence will result in rejection of the claim.

At Mera Aangan, some product images are digitally created or AI-assisted for visual presentation purposes. While we strive to ensure that every product closely matches the displayed design, slight variations in color tone, texture, proportions, or detailing may occur in the actual item.

Important:
These minor differences are considered normal and do not qualify as defects or incorrect products. Therefore, orders will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refusal at delivery solely on the basis of slight visual variation from website images.

We assure customers that the delivered product will remain true to the described style, theme, and overall aesthetic shown online.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the same item is unavailable, a replacement of equal value or store credit may be offered at the sole discretion of Mera Aaangan.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. In rare cases where an exchange is not possible due to unavailability, store credit may be issued instead. Cash refunds or bank transfers are not applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:

• Gift-wrapped or specially prepared items
• Items purchased on sale or promotion
• Orders refused at delivery
